Gas supply delay

Iam a consumer of Venus gas (BPCL) Peroorkkada, Trivandrum, Kerala. MY CONSUMER NO IS 1855. I had book on 30/9. Home delivery service of Venus Gas is unsatisfactory since last one year. I call ed them on 8th they say tomorrow they will send the gas (9/10/09). While i called on 10th they say they already send the cylinder, On monday (11th) I called them they say 10th they can't complete delivery today they will deliveryed. 12th I called they they say they issued it on 9th they don't know the status of cylinder. Today (13th) so many requist I am not yet received cylender. I requist you to give proper instruction for regular and timely delivery.
