BPCL Pertol Pump
Excess Amount Charged

This is regarding the excess money charged at the BPCL Petrol Pump opposite RTO office Pune (M/S Premchand Laxmichand & Son`S-Opp RTO, 40-41, Dr. Ambedkar Rd, Pune 411001)

When I asked the Petrol pump attendant to top-up the tank, we started filling the petrol and stopped at Rs 210. He then asked me to move my vehicle forward and started filling. He had not set the meter to zero and filled the meter showed Rs 950.

He however charged my credit card for an amount of Rs 1160 telling that he had reset the pump. I tried arguing with him, but to no avail.

I checked the fuel milage at home, which indicated that I was overcharged.
