Callertune

Dear sir i recevied sms from 55666 for subscription of caller tune but when i send this sms i receiv reply that it is in proceed and call 55666 and when i called up that no... i didnt got any reply and got dissconnet in 3sec and... rs4 was deducted from my a/c this happened 2times... but still dont know why my callertune is not getting activated
