Website does nt load at all even after repeated tries...(chaturcheetah.com)

I was asked to log on to the above mentioned website provided by one of the customer care executives of LOOP mobile to procure a new plan which he named as 1 to 1 offer where there is no rental however it can only be availed through the website provided by registration.off late I've had profound inconvenience due to waste of my precious time waiting for the site to load. I request you to kindly look into the matter and figure out the reasons of malfunctioning of the site and revert back a reply to my notice.
