I am a sim card user of your company. My no. is 9870243863 I am suffering problems with my this card...

50 Rs. got minus from my account on 9.11.2009. Without the intimation that web services is going too closed on 31.10.2009. (Till 08.10.2009 BPL has not charged me for downloading, suddenly you woke-up). After trying 1/2 an hours we are getting customer care line, and after all this things they are not responding properly.

Before this no. I was using 9821708851 which got misplaced.

Please this is my REQUEST to you please inform your latest updation to users & make me update through sms or call.
