Spurious parts supplied by BPL to its Service Centre

I am complaining for the last 20 days that my BPL Fridge is not working as the timer replaced by the Service Centre, Tinsukia, Assam, is found to be spurious. As the Service Centre told, the timer was supplied them by the company, i.e., BPL. It is unimaginable that BPL supplies spurious parts to its Service Centres!

The Service Centre also told that it has already forwarded requisition for timers to the company, which, in turn, has not yet sent the same! I wonder, from where is it coming? From America or Canada? Is this the way a reputed company like BPL runs its Service Centres and responds to the complaints of customers?

Is there anybody alive to look into this and do the needful at the earliest?
