No good IVR service

Hi,
Since last 5-6 months I am noticing that my talktime was getting reduced by 1 rupee or 50 paisa everyday. Till some time i could not catch this thing as the amount reduced was too low as I hardly used to check my balance. When I tried calling up the prepaid customer care at 50505, the IVR did not give me the option to talk to customer care executive and instead disconnected the session itself in between with no further details. I could not even speak to the customer support about this.
Now where do I complaint about this? This is very poor sevice provided by BPL and if this continues no one will opt for BPL.
