I have been using BPL network for the last 10 years in mumbai and my average bill per month used to be Rs. 2500/- since last few month the network has become worst. They are too many call drops, the sms does not reach on time and some time no network connectivity in my place Kandivali (E).

i have made several complaints to BPL and have visited the BPL gallery and written personal complaint also. but they have not done anything to improve their network and service. Now i have shifted to Reliance Network and am very happy with the service and network.
