Validity Decrease after 15 days of Use

I had purchased a BPL Prepaid Card on 23rd Jan with the 1 India One rupee offer for rs 450. when i took the offer the company said that for the amount u will get 6 months validity & INR 350 talk time.

however after 15 days, i got a message that my validity has been reset to 3 months while all other offers remain the same. also i have to charge an Rs 31 voucher to continue my STD as the 1 india plan offer is for 1 month only.

once the offer has been accepted & put to the customer . this is cheating on part of the company by selling with full offer & reducing it as time goes on.
