PF amount not recieved

PF Account no: KN/23371/1033

Myself V A Ramakrishnan, have submitted the PF withdrawal form to my previous employer BPL Mobile Cellular Ltd latest on 23.04.2007 at thier Cochin office functioning at Ashish building, Shanmugham Rd. Before this, I had given the application 2 times in the same office.

When the same was enquired in regular intervals, they told that management is changing [BPL Mobile to Hutch and then to Vodafone].

A letter dated; 24.07.2008 has been recieved from Vodafone, stating that the request has been forwarded to PF Dept and you can hear from them in further.

Request your advice and support to how to go forward with to get my PF amount credited to my account at the earliest and whom to contact.
