BPL -Model : Frost Free, Double Door
Cooling is not going to the lower appartment since last 6 to 7 months

We have BPL - Frost Free model, Double Door is not functioing properly i.e. cooling is not going to the lower appartment since last 6 to 7 months. Local mechanic changed twice the particular part that goes cooling to the lower appartment it was around Rs.450/- but it fails twice. I (K.Srinivas) spoken to your VISAKHAPATNAM dealer (0891 2746117) but they have confirmed they will not attend out of Visakhapatnam and they were given Vijayanagaram Dealer no. (08922 224059) but it is not working. It is requested you intervene personally to attend the problem. My address is as below: K.
