I have been a customer of BPL since 2005 and till customer because I want to avoid to inform new number all near and dear. I have always had trouble wrong activation of services. I have not activated any service/plan but I prepaid balancehave been reducing since one week.

I have made several complaints and it was informed that a service will be dactivated within 2 days . but it was not done even after 5 days. Every day I am getting SMS that my request can not be processed at this moment. When I telephoned to customer service center it was told that service was deactivated. Still my balance is being reduced byRs. 5 to 10 daily. I am not able to recharge as it will againreduced.

I urge each and every Indian users who are using Loop mobiles, Kindly throw it out on the face of loop galaries and change to another service provider once we have number portability by the end of August. Its a fraudulent company that charges clients without their consent and wrong airtime usage.

I was observed that loop service department was activating services without my knowledge / my consent and consequetnly reducing my balance. The matter has been already taken with nodal officer of custemer call service centre. I request you NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVECES wihtout my written request / E-mail to you. Please make note of the same and stop reducing/charging uncalled calls.

Please look into this matter immediately
