BPL Prepaid sim card connection
No proper help from BPL customer care

I have Hand set SONY Ericsson W700i & BPL Prepaid Mobile Connection My Mobile No. 9821416599.

- Since Connection 3 Months Rent for MMS Rs.49/- is deducted But till now they haven't send me the setting for connectivity.

- i am fed up from talking to customer care centre they say that my mobile handset setting data is not available in their. But previous i have used GPRS in airtel
