No Power Supply in the TV

Dear Sir,

The above mentioned TV today suddenly gave away and there is no power supply in the TV. This happened due to some frequent loadshedding in our area in the afternoon. I am looking for the contact details of your service centre in and around my residence at New Delhi, so that they can help me out in getting the set right without any delay. The BPL World website does not give any information in this respect about whom to contact in the event of any complaint, nor does it give any information on the list of service centres in India including Delhi. The list of service centres and their contact details for Delhi given in the 'User's Manual' does not exist today. Under this circumstances, please do provide me the required information so that I can get my TV repaired by your service engineer within no time. I am also interested in going for a new model if the exchange offer exists and is available on suitable terms.
