I had problems with my F/332/vx-crystal series 2-door frost free BPL refrigerator. M/s. SREE GOLDEN ELECTRONICS, Chennai, Phone.044-25965230, authorised service centre of BPL was called in. The compressor was replaced on 12/01/07 and I paid 4300/-. Sree Golden Electronics entered into AMC which is valid till 22/02/09. The new compressor should have minimum warranty of 3 years. The fridge has stopped working again. the service centre wants to replace the compressor again at a cost of more than 4000. Please take up with the company for replacement of the compressor without cost as the AMC is valid and the new replaced compressor is only two years old.
