In proper connection and call dropping problems

1}after dialing certain number, call is connected but no voice is received by other party or vice-versa; however, the call is charged.

2}After two-three efforts, call is connected, but no clear voice is heard by both parties.

3}There appears a note as " No ciphering is provided by operator. Insecured transmission. "

4} This is hsppening since last one month. Two times complaint submitted in mobile assintant cell, no satisfation or permanent solution is given. It is told that upgradation work is in progress and may be completed at the end of Nov.2008.

5}Requested not to charge the;such sub-sequently dialled calls of up to 10-15 seconds before one completed call of more than 10-15 seconds until up-gradation is finished, but, shown in-ability to do so.

6]Immidiate remedial measures be given.
