Increased STD call Rates

Dear SirMadam

My name is Nalin Singh Negi. I have BPL prepaid sim card for the last 1 year. At the time of purchase i was told that in BPL STD rates are Rs. 1 per min. And this was not in any scheme and also this sim card was purchased from BPL store only. Now you people have started deducting Rs. 1.50 per min and that to without informing me. Now u tell me what should i do because i only do STD calls. One option is like i have recharged my mobile and it's validity is till Jan, after this i should change the sim.
