It is not repaired properly

Dear Sir,

I am BPL tv holder. I live at Rishra. My address is 277/P/13, Rathin paul sarani, P.O.- Morepukur, Rishra,

Dist.-Hooghly, Pin-712250.Before three or four days of 3rd August i informed at Sreerampore BPL service Centre. One fellow came at that time and said EHT and some other parts were damaged.for that it was sent. On 3rd august i sent the TV circuit. After long days on 20th august one fellow came and set the circuit. THat time i told him the picture was incresed in height. He told that in between one week Technician come and solve the problem. But till from that dayno one has come till now. Several time i telephoned them and told my complin. But they did not bother about it. On the other hand another problem was created. After two, three days later a harsh sound was created while switch on the tv. Now i am really disappear with that. I had paid therir charges. I can not watch the tv. Do your service is like that. I have faith about it. But i loose it. So any way can you help me? Shall i expect your co -operation. Reply immediately and do your best as soon as possible.
