Sir,

My televison is BPL FHV 21. some months before it got some mistake with its AV and it wasn't working. So we consulted a local technition an he told us that tha complaint is because of tha IC.

We contacted the Service center at Alappuzha and no one heard our complaint. And no one came to rectify the problem. Now a days we are not able to view the TV satisfactiorly.

The service is very poor and even no one is noticing it. As far as other brands are considered they satisfies theri costumer with home servicing even if it is a big mistake.

Sir please make a way to rectify the pblm of ma TV.
