BPL-Washing machine
No respnse for services

I had been consumer for BPL company goods since 15 years.my washing machine fully automatic ABS-45 model is not in right working condition since 6-7 yrs. I was posted at sagar a sambhaag lavel city in M.P.There i faced problem of services, but was not unsatisfied (as mr.jaheer khan was there to convince the problem of non avilability of fully auto matic machine machine parts) BUT now at bhopal, it is almost 3 months the person is not responding as he should.we had asked for the advise if not repairable, we will go for new one.one month waiting for response.now in the competitive market of services this is not fair.i am sorry to write this complaint, but htis is after many calls to the concerned person.
