Spin motor not working

I had replaced a new spin motor in the month of february this year.4 months i was not in town and its been almost 4 weeks since my spin motor has got spoilt and i have complained regarding it. Its been more than three weeks since i have complained but they fail to response. Iwas told to again put a new motor i did comply still they are not attending. What is the guaurntee, if it gets spoiled again within few months
