BPL/Washing Machine
Not working

We bought a BPL fully automatic machine, model WAT502UP on 5/10 from BPL gallery, thrissur-20, kerala. the serial number of the machine is AW201627233005449. Now a days machine is giving only trouble than what it is supposed to do. The local service center M/s Electro World, Suharsha towers, Thrissur (ph: 0487-2322864) is attending the problems from April'08 onwards and yet to put the machine in operation. Even after spending about Rs.1200/- towards repair charges, the machine remains as dead. We went for this brand expecting a trouble free operation and hope that BPL product will be worth for its price tag. Unfortunately our experience is quite bad and expect you to find a better solution so that washine machine will do its job. Hope a favourable and speedy reply from your end.
