Cheat on property

I booked property with BPTP in faridabad, The deal for a particular plot of my choice was closed at comparatively higher price than available in market at that point of time. I paid the 10% booking amount and was issued an allotment letter for the said plot; For the rest of the money to arrange the funds I demanded few legal papers related to property. And BPTP refused for that, later after some time on pressurizing them they said the plot no more exists and they have come up with some different plan on that property.

They assured me that I would be alloted a geographically similar plot (Two side open, East facing on 30 metre wide road with service lane) in close proximity of the previous site. But its been 2 months now and I don't have any communication, The price of property has been increased since then; Could you please advice what legal action can I take; Can I demand return of my money deposited along with compensation per increase in market value of the property, because if I go now in market for some different property; I have to spend more than what I could have spent if I was not stuck with BPTP.
