New refrigerator of Samsung company has been purchased on 24th of October from the authorised dealer of samsung, Prakash Motors, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. Refrigerator is not performing its basic function i.e COOLING, when we have complained (to the authorised dealer from where we have purchased this product) they have not responded & not even given the satisfactory feedback regarding the problem.
