BPTP Villa

I had booked a villa in BPTP and they have already collected the 35% BSP EDC IDC. Last year they have colleceted 10% for completion of foundation. Since then there is no demand. Now I hear that they are relocating some of the villas, but they have not given any thing in wiriting. Can some one have knowledge about their plan for relocation? They are not replying any of the querries.
