Fraud by School Authorities

The 6th pay commission has been effected from 01-09.2008 for payment of salary on new scales.
The school authorities had start paying new scales from June but regarding the arrears from
september to may they are paying cheque but side by side they are taking self cheque of same amount. Thus they are doing fraud.
Concerned authorities are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
