Myself is damandeepsingh .you are having worst custimer help desk, they do not take complaint on phone. They are not ready to listen the problem which the client is facing from branch. I have given my application for cancellation of policy on 27 jan to the advisor but the advisor nd branch lodged my complaint on 10 feb.when i approach the branch the head of branch have promise ne for switch over to any other policy i have taken the recieving of request on 6 april but now its 12 april there is no request transferred by them as i came to know by customer care.

There is no conformation call or any email sent to me about my policy. i am very dissatisfied this company has made me cry. whoever reading my complaint look into my matter and at least give me a call.
