Rude attitute and irresponsible behaviour of the Branch manage

I went to SBI Chowkham to withdraw cash from my savings account. I was told to meet the branch manager as my account didn't have a cheque facilityand I wanted to carry transaction through a withdrawal slip. The manager shouted at me that his bank never oblige transaction of Rs.100000/ on a withdrawal slip. He asked me how much cash I had in my account, when I said Rs.1, 10, 000/ he said to onlookers '' DO YOU SEE THESE PEOPLE DEPOSIT MONEY AND WITHDRAW ALL OF IT, HE HAS NOT EVEN MADE ANY ENTRIES IN HIS PASSBOOK'' Then he added that I could take Rs.30000/ and the remaining amount would be paid later on afterwards. I wanted to remind him that his bank's machines were out of order and they were the ones to make the enteries on passbooks on customers request, again that I opted for a savings account so that I could use my money whenever and whatever amount I needed, and that I was not begging for loan from his bank it was my own hard owned money. But keeping in mind the position of his chair I silently left the bank and continued my journey home which is 30kms away admist heavy rains. STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE METED OUT TO SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE, INCOMPETENT, FOUL MOUTHED, HAUGHTY OFFICIALS. I have planned to go to court soon.
