No claim has been received against theft of my motor cycle No. OR 10C 1948

My Motor cycle No. OR-10C-1948, Insurance No.034502/31/08/01/00001486 was stolen by miscreatns from Bhubaneswar on 01/12 and immediately FIR was lodged at Kharavella Police station. Due to some problem Police station could not lodged the FIR at the same date and advised us to go for search. Inthe meantime months totegher have passed inspsite of our repeated approach to PS. Finally FIR was lodged on 30/01. Final report was submitted to United India Insurance Co. Ltd on 12.08.2009. Due to different of dates on actual theft and FIR registeration one affidavit was submitted to BM, UIICL on 28/12. No the UIICL, Damanjodi Branch bluendly refuse to settle the claim due to different of dates in theft and FIR.

Since my motor cycle has been theft what soever dates may be and my vehicle was governed by insurance coverate during this this period, I should get my claim at the earliest. My dozen of written request have been kept in ice burg.

Request that my claim may please be settled at the earliest.
