You gave us a tracking no. so we could track the progress of 2 pairs of ugg boots, we did this and the parcel with that tracking no. has been delivered to a different address, the other side of the country, I no know this as I have contacted parcel force in the uk, so you must have given me somebody elses tracking no. this is the second time this has happpened to me with a different company so I am hoping this is not going to happen again, could you please e-mail me a.s.a.p thanks
