Dear Sir, I used to work with Brand Vision (India) Pvt Ltd a Mumbai based company located in Nariman Point Mittal Chambers till February. While leaving the company i had submitted all my claims such as LTA and Medical as guided by the company's accounts department. Now the company is on the verge of closing its operation, and its been three months i have yet to receive my LTA and Medical. Please guide me in this case.
