DEFECTED BATTERY

I bought two tubular batteries on dated 3 march dealer HI-TECH ENTERPRISES, 18-20, SHAKUN MARKET, RAILWAY ROAD, HAPUR Rs 13800. Dealer say that these batteries warrenty two year six month & any defect battery full replacement. After approx one year six month battery defected then i contact dealer. After some time change battery, But this battery damaged after five month. Then i contact dealer they not responce to me. At present both batteries defected, So please help me.
