Poor service of barclays bank regarding credit cards

I have applied for the Barclays gold credit card 90 to 100 days ago. after that i received many calls from their executive at intervals of 20, 25 days saying that my credit card has been issued but couldn't be delivered as they couldn't get to the address. even after confirming the address 5, 6 times i still have not got the credit card and since then i have not received any communication regarding the status of the same as whether card application is approved or rejected, because if that would have gone in wrong hands anyone can miss use it. I tried hard to get in touch with them however unable to. I believe Bank should take this issue in consideration and take the necessary steps to avoid such activities.
