Emanding extra money for delivery

i have got new connection, the delivery boy who has to deliver the cylinder is demanding extra money for new connection.and said that if u are not going to give what i demanded i wont deliver the cylinder to u.

he brought the cylinder up to the door and took it away just because of not giving the money he demanded.

so i kindly request u to take severe action against this delivery boy.
