Dear Sir,

I Kailaspat Newatia traveled by flight Number S2234 from Delhi to Coimbatore on 08-04-08 and when I reach Coimbatore my black stroll bag back handle was broken. I given in writing tag number S2452419 and PNR J3 M WD weight 15 kg. Told it will be compensated within no time maximum within 2 days.

Now I came back on 10-04-08 and the front handle was broken spoiling the whole suitcase I was surprised how it can be happen again so immediately I went to counter and lodged the complain for which a form was filled TN-681202, TC-BLACK TROLY BAG, RT-CJB DEL, 52234 offered Rs.300/- and when I didn’t agreed it was offered Rs.400/- still I didn’t agreed then I was told that this matter will be referred to higher authorities and I can phone on 011-25674878. I tried so many times and no body was lifting the phone. As per luck I got connected and was told to another number 011-25675362 and the same problem was there but I went on trying and again luckily on 25-04-08 I found Mr. Deepak who assured me that I will get Rs.1000/- by check within week but nothing happened.

Now 3 weeks have passed and nothing has been done and now from 10 days I am trying regularly but no body is lifting the phone.

I think for such a big Airline it should have taken seriously.

I am sure you will take this matter seriously as I am keeping all the records and can send photocopies of the same.

Hoping to receive the compensation of Rs.1000/- immediately.
