Status of My PF Withdrawal Application

Dear Sir,

I (M.Ram Krishna) herewith bring to your notice that my ex-employer namely Brigade Corporation India Pvt. Ltd., claims that he had submitted my PF withdrawal application in the month of May'2008 bearing the below mentioned details:

Establishment Code of Brigade is :48214

My PF Number is: TN/48214/832

Employee Number: A000856

But I am yet to hear from your end vis-a-vis the status of my application from the concerned officials. It would be highly appreciated if the details regarding the status of my application are provided to me at the earliest.

I have enquired several times with my ex-employer office he claims that the matter is still pending and suggested that I get in touch with the concerned officials through email followed by personal visit.

But due to my official duties I am yet to find time visit to personally visit PF office premises I shall be thankful to you for if the necessary information is provided whether or not the application has been received by concerned officials also the status as on date.
