Did not receice EPF settelement

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that My EPF claim for ID No: TN/4964/41623 from Chennai office has not been paid even after submitting all the relevant documents to Chennai EPF office. It has been more than a year the company Brigade Corp Pvt Ltd where I worked earlier did not submit the relevant documents to the concerned department in EPF office in Chennai to settle my claim for account closure. Later for the second time all the documents were re-submitted to chennai Office. I have gone through 10 months of agony for getting my EPF settlement, still I find the amount is pending and either the company or the EPF office in Chennai has failed to settle my amount. Please take necessary action.
