What is the prosiger Company re leave one employee

Sir, I am working in a IT company. They had gave me offer letter and conformation letter. Now company haven't project. They trying to re leave some on employees. They told us that don't need re leaving letter. salary should be worked days only. But we asked to give full month salary. they didn't. Can this go to legal? How to go? Where I apply? What is the low?
