Hair found in the biscuit

This is very sad to know that a company like britannia is so unhygenic... this will not be tolerated that there was a hair stran was found inside the biscuit... half biscuit was eaten and i just looked at it so there was a stran inside it... i pulled it out it dint come out coz it was baked inside... shit this is so unhygenic... i would request you to please see to this situation and tell them to applogise for it otherwise i have to go through media and consumer health will also be draged in it... i am again tellin you to take an action as i still have the piece preserved with me as a proof... if u don belive come and see... otherwise the next news paper will have i picture of it...
