CHEATING BY BRITTANNIA

I am a Air Force Officer and I purchased 04 Pkts of Britannia Milk Bikis from CSD Canteen at Air Force Station Bareilly (UP). To my utter surprise O1 Pkt was weighing only 75 Gms where as, others weighed 100 gms each.

This shows the highhandedness of the company in marketing. There appears to be no quality assurance check. This was only by chance, that i weighed the packed, whereas, i would have been supplied several packets in the past of similar type without my knowledge.

I approached the company customer care through email and one representative met me and collected the the bill copy and verified the the packet of biscuits and said it is less. He also assured me that company will revert back to me. But inspite of several emails to the company, there is no response.

I now think of filing a suit against the company in consumer court.
