Britannica Concise Encyclopedia
Bad Condition of CD

I have bought a Britannica Encyclopedia CD set a month back.

It contains 6 CD's. All the CD's are runing well but one CD named BRITANNICA CONCISE ENCYCLOPEDIA is not working. I tried many a time to contact Tines of India but was failed. I want that my CD should be replaced. Pls try to do it or refund my money back.
