Unauthorise transactions fom a savings a/c

HI i work for british airways and i have a salaried a/c with your bank for 2 years. I had requested for a form which would authorise your company to take out money from my savings a/c for my credit card's bill payment. i havent recieved the form inspite of several requests however the money was deducted from my a/c without my authorisation. i know i made late payment for a few months because my previous company had gone bankrupt and i had mentioned this to the representative from your bank. Since no one is willing to take the responsibility i have spoken to my lawyer and we'l take necessary actions if there is still no response from your side. i have put my salary on hold and will not be paying any bills until the matter is permanently resolved..
