Emergency visa not given yet

I had applied for an emergency visa as my granny is serious in Newham General Hospital, London as on thursday 19th March. I had submitted all the required documents with the hospital letter. They said that i wuill get visas by that day it self. so i waited, but it never happened. They ask me to cum on Friday, and same story they had not cheked my papers. mY GRANNY is on ventilator and i am here, i have not got my visas.

I have to wait till monday and i dont know as i will her alive or no... pls help me to fight against them as they have not considered the meaning of an emergency visa.
