I received a message to my mobile number that i have received a prize of USD 850, 000 in the 2009 BT mobile draw, i have also received a certifcate that i'm the winner so please advise whether it is true that British telecommunication plc conducted this survey, also please tell whether i'm the winner of the prize amount of USD 850, 000. they are charging me RS 45, 100 INR.

Please advise whether this is a fake or i can proceed with the receiveing of the prize.
