Internet is not working from last 10 days

Hi my internet is not working from last 10 days.i went to BSNL office like 10 times but nobody is responding there.sometimes the says we are very busy.but thats not the way to deal with costomer.acctully im from uk.and im in india from last couple of months i have lots of work related to internet the place where im living just now only the bsnl works there no other company have there lines on that area and thats the only reason im facing there shit.but i request u pls make my internet works as soon as they can.thanks
