Broadband and Land line
Broadband is down since 16th March

My Telephone number is 080-25613193 to which broadband is also connected. The Broadband is down since 16th March. In my telephone there is a terrible humming sound which obstructs conversation.

Complaints were lodged on the very same day and also trying to contact Mr Muniswamy on 2011 1477 and Mahalingaiah on 94490 06569. These phones are not being attended to. I even went to the extent of requesting disconnection of my land line phone as also broadband. Nothing happened till today.

Concerned authorities may either set right my Land line phone and Broadband or disconnect both, for which I shall remain ever grateful.
