Dear Customer care,

I am Jaikumar from chennai.

I applied for BSNL broadband connection on 21st June.

My Reference no - 81306434

But i didnt get connection still...

Getting connected to customer care itself is a tough task.

Also, the reason for connection pending is not communicated to me at all.

Please update the reason & when will i get the connection.
