Excess billing

Hello Sir,

I have received a phone bill dtd.06.12.2008 showing usage of Internet too high. The amount is INR 1764

The user is only a Student studying in STD Degree

It is not possible to get this much usage of Internet.

The BSNL has issued the bill of INR 2773.00 which includes the above amount.

I need to have a detailed of Internet during the month of November.
