USAGE ACCOUNT CANNOT BE CHECKED

For last 15/20 days I have been facing this problem. Earlier I could check my broadband account usage as and when I wanted. Now, neither the portal nor dataone.in is of any help. Please let me know how can I check my broadband usage account?
