Respected Sir,

As I am using Home 500C broadband Plan, previously I had UL750plus.. I have changed from UL750plus to Home 500C on Jan 17 th only, but for Jan payment I have received a bill of Rs.7779. They have calculated my unlimited broandband usage along with the Home plan 500C bcoz in Home500c

upload and download limit is 2.5GB only. but they have calculated the UL750 and Home plan 500C unlimited download and upload from 2.00AM to 8.00AM usage along with the limited 2.5GB.. I want a separate details for this.. I am not using net in the morning time.. but only at nite only. If u check my usage means you can see everything clearly.. so the payment of Rs 7779 is unbelievable Sir

so Kindly do the needful..
